건축과 도시설계의 법령과 제도에 대한 이해를 기반으로 건축기본법과 건축서비스산업진흥법 등 건축정책을 생산하는 제도와 서비스산업으로서의 건축으로 학습범위를 넓혀 건축제도와 정책 전반에 걸쳐 연구한다. 이 과정에서 건축정책기본계획과 건축정책위원회의 역할로부터 건축문화 진흥과 창달에 이르는 관련 법령의 구조를 이해하고, 건축행위와 공적 제도의 상관관계로 이해의 폭을 확대한다.

An Advanced course on architectural regulations, laws, policies, their objectives and strategies. The course guides students to analyze and evaluate specific issues of architectural regulations and public policies. This course aims to foster the ability to criticize and manage regulations and policies relevant to architecture, urban design, and city planning. It also explores issues concerning public hygiene, safety, real estate, public welfare, and access for the disabled.
