프로젝트의 수주와 업무수행 과정에서의 건축사의 역할과 사무소를 개설하고 사업을 진행하는 창업자로서 건축사가 갖추어야 할 전문적 지식과 실무능력, 건축법규, 건축사사무소의 운영과 관리 등을 이해한다. 또한, 전문직으로서의 건축사의 책임과 권리와 의무, 직업윤리를 학습하여 경영과 창업에서 갖추어야 할 윤리를 배운다.

Students as potential business men of startups study roles and responsibilities of client, architect, and contractor in the process of architectural design and building. An understanding of the profession and its relation to society will help students to gain proper perspectives on the ethics of profession, client-participation, construction management, building maintenance, construction supervision, and POE. In this course, students acquire professional knowledge required to become a competitive and responsible architect. Students will be introduced to concepts and methods of business administration, organizations of architectural firm, financial managements, and professional documents for running a business in the future.
