건축설계에 관한 전반적인 지식과 경험을 토대로 학생 스스로 주제, 대지, 프로그램을 선정하고 이를 발전시켜 졸업작품으로 완성한다. 졸업 작품은 건축과 도시, 문화와 기술에 대한 이해, 해석, 비판적 관점을 갖고 창의적인 과정과 결과를 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 졸업작품 전시회와 함께 결과물을 제출한다.

Building upon skills and knowledge acquired from previous design studios, students develop their own independent thesis projects. Thesis projects should demonstrate critical attitudes towards architecture and the city as well as interpretation of contemporary culture and technology. Under the supervision of faculty advisors, students are given freedom and responsibility to devise programs and issues. Thesis projects will be evaluated on creativity, accuracy in issue assessment and completeness of resolution. Students are required to submit complete works accompanied by clear, detailed descriptions on the design process, for the graduation exhibition of the College of Urban Sciences held near the end of the semester.
